    Yaskawa – Solectria Solar Inverters Chosen for Iowa's 5.56MW Solar Project

    Yaskawa - Solectria Solar announced today that its transformerless three-phase inverters were chosen for Central Iowa Power Cooperative's (CIPCO) solar project that spans five sites across its service delivery territory. The five sites total 5.56MW and are part of CIPCO's plan to incorporate emissions-free resources to their assets.

    JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. Extends Credit Limit with Wells Fargo Bank

    JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc., has signed amendments to the credit agreement with Wells Fargo Capital Finance to increase its credit limit to $60 million from $40 million with a three year term.

    Asia Clean Capital today announced a cooperation agreement with Trina Solar to co-develop an identified solar pipeline of over 300MW in mainland China in the following three years.     JinkoSolar Signs JPY2 Billion Loan Agreement with Japanese Bank Consortium

    JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. today announced that JinkoSolar Japan K.K. has signed a one-year JPY2 billion syndicated loan agreement with a bank consortium led by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ("SMBC") and includes Mizuho Bank, Ltd., the Tokyo Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and NEC Capital Solutions Limited. The financing will be used to supplement JinkoSolar Japan's working capital.

    Solar Frontier Announces Solar Projects Totaling 107MW Begin Construction

    Solar Frontier Americas announced two utility-scale solar projects from its development pipeline are now in the construction phase. Located in California's Imperial County, Midway I is 67MW and has an executed power purchase agreement (PPA) with Pacific Gas & Electric.     Canadian Solar Secures JPY6.2 Billion Green Solar Financing in Japan

    Canadian Solar Inc. today announced that it has entered into a private placement with Prudential Capital Group, pursuant to which, Prudential Financial, Inc. has agreed to purchase non-recourse notes with principal amount totaling approximately JPY6.2 billion (US$60.0 million). The proceeds from the private placement will be used to finance a portfolio of environmentally-friendly solar power plants totaling 21.2MW in Japan.

    Singulus Technologies has received orders from Hevel LLC (Hevel) for the delivery of production machines for solar cells (heterojunction). The signed contracts include processing equipment of the SILEX II type for the wet-chemical treatment of heterojunction solar cells as well as additional supply units.
