QC Solar launched a business cooperation model "Buy parts, free fix" which aimed at improving the connection security of terminal photovoltaic power station system to users around the world. The core of this business model is that when customers purchase any connecting parts from QC Solar, such as on-site cables, connectors, branch connectors, etc., QC Solar will be able to provide free wiring harness pre-assembly service in QC Solar's factory according to user's drawings or sample requirements. This business model will greatly improve the construction progress of the power station of EPC companies, reduce the labor cost and labor time of the power station site, and more importantly, it can improve the safety and quality of the electrical connection of the photovoltaic system.

Generally, the workers on-site of solar station will use simple tools to wire strip, rivet, fix connectors and cables, etc., which takes a long time and leads to a slow installation schedule on the site. If there is a slight mistake, electrical leakage will been occur, the connecting parts will burn out due to heat, waterproof failure or even fire. The business model of QC Solar is to use professional automation equipment for assembly and production in the factory environment. After the assembly, there are a series of tests to ensure the product quality, increase the assembly efficiency by 80% and reduce the installation cost by 50%. Thi model has been carried out in China, the United States, India, Japan, Vietnam and other places and has achieved good results. Now it is being promoted to customers all over the world, which is worth the attention of system distributors and installers of global EPC companies.
