Origis Energy and the European private investment firm of Mr. Filip Balcaen, today announce the entry of Baltisse in the capital of Origis and Baltisse's commitment to provide up to a total of $100 million in growth capital for Origis. Filip Balcaen becomes a member of the Origis Board.
