October 22, 2013 - BTU International, Inc. today announced that it has signed a two-year agreement with Yingli Green Energy to support the State Key Laboratory of PV Technology. As part of the agreement, BTU will supply a SinTerra metallization firing furnace system.

The Yingli Solar State Key Laboratory of PV technology will be built as part of Yingli's main manufacturing campus in Baoding, Hebei Province and will focus on new technologies, processes and materials for solar manufacturing.
